How long does a custom umbrella order take to produce?
Local orders are completed within 7 to 10 business days.  Rush options may be available — contact us early to confirm timelines.  

Offshore orders production time ranges from 90 to 110 days.

Can I get a quote or speak to someone directly?

Do you ship outside of Vancouver?
Yes — we ship Canada-wide.

Can I see a mockup before confirming my order?
Yes. We provide digital proofs for all custom umbrella orders so you can review and approve your design before production begins.

What materials do you use?
We use recycled or low-toxicity fabrics where possible, strong UV-resistant canopies, and a variety of frame types including fiberglass, aluminium, and wood — each chosen to match your intended use and aesthetic.

How do I care for my umbrellas?

Rain Umbrella: Lightly Shake Umbrella to free ribs before opening. Always leave your umbrella open to dry. As with all umbrellas, strong gusts of win can cause frame damage. To reduce this risk, always carry your umbrella facing into the wind.

Patio Umbrella:  All outdoor umbrellas should be cleaned regularly, at least monthly, when in use.  If your umbrella fabric is removable and has a care tag that indicates it is machine washable, use cold water and heavy-duty detergent. Allow it to air dry on a clothesline or place the cover back on the umbrella frame to dry. 

Do your umbrellas come with a warranty?
Yes.  All umbrellas are warrantied against manufacturer’s defects.  Lifetime limited warranty available. 

Can you repair broken umbrellas? 
No, we get calls about this every day, but DO NOT offer this service.
